OPEN IN THE UNIVERSE ↗FROM MODEL TO REVIEW
Three in-house routines connect working models with explicit measurements, candidate layouts and diagnostic review. Wei-Huan developed the routines during professional practice. The images shown here were captured in September 2026 by rerunning the routines on retained working models.
ZONING ENVELOPE
The Wilshire study links six scheme alternatives to massing measurements and unit counts. Envelope and height comparisons make selected assumptions visible for further review. This retained working model predates refinements in the issued drawing sheets.
STUDY TO DRAWING
Compare the later working-model demonstration with the issued October 2023 feasibility drawings.
STORAGE PLANNER
The routine generates and compares candidate storage layouts, reporting mix, rentable area and circulation diagnostics. These captures use the Seward ground-floor footprint; they document a retrospective study run on that footprint. The routine was also applied at Olympic.
APPLICATION CONTEXT
The Olympic drawing set is shown separately from these Seward-model captures.
ADA CHECKER
The Village Oaks working model is tested using whole-floor, door-clearance and room-clearance views. Measured results and flags identify locations for designer review. Applicability, resolution and compliance decisions remain part of the design and review process.
DRAWINGS & BUILT SPACE
Compare the model-based review with the clinic and MRI documentation and completed-clinic photographs.
